Abstract
Objective: To investigate the training effects on balance and low recovery using blanace control trainer with visual-feedback system in acute hemiplegic stroke patients.

Method: This study designed pretest-posttest group. Two acute stroke patients were assigned to an experimental group. two patient had conventional physical therapy. in addition this group was trained with the balance trainer for 30 min/day 5 day/week for 4 week. two patient were assessed by berg balance Scale(BBS), function reach test, Fugl-Meyer-Lower extremity test before and after training.

Results: Two patient of group showed improvement in static and dynamic balance, low-extremity recovery.

Conclusion: Additional balance training with conventional physical therapy is may effective tool to improve static and dynamic balance in acute patient
